Privacy of the iPhone and iPad apps
In short
None of these apps collects data. There is no account, no server, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party code. Everything you open or make stays on your device until you share it yourself.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. The developer learns that a sale happened, never who bought.
- Crash reports reach the developer only if you have agreed to share them with developers in iOS Settings, and then through Apple, without your identity.
- E-mail you send to mail@conradknorr.de is used to answer you and deleted once the matter is closed.
The controller under the GDPR is the provider named below. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and to complain to a supervisory authority; as the apps collect no personal data, in practice this concerns only e-mail you send yourself.
What each app can reach
Set Clock
The app needs no permissions.
PA Check
Microphone. Used only while the analyser is switched on. The sound is analysed in memory; nothing is recorded, stored or sent.
Pure Tuner
Microphone. Used only while the tuner is open. The sound is analysed in memory; nothing is recorded, stored or sent.
EXIF Cleaner
Photos. The photos you pick are read and cleaned on the device. A clean copy is saved to your library only when you tap Save. Your originals are never changed.
Hide Faces
Photos. The photo you pick is analysed on the device with Apple's Vision framework. No picture and no face data leaves the device. A copy is saved to your library only when you tap Save.
PDF Mail Fit
Files. The PDF you open is converted on the device. The result exists only in the app's temporary folder until you share or save it.
